We want everyone to be able to browse, shop, and check out with ease — whatever your ability or the technology you use. This statement explains what we do and how to reach us.
00 — At a glance
Our accessibility commitment in four lines. The detail below covers the standards we follow and how to give feedback.
We design and test against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines — the recognised global standard.
Every menu, control, and checkout step works without a mouse, with clear, visible focus states.
Semantic structure, labelled controls, and alt text help assistive technologies read the store accurately.
Run into a barrier? One message and we'll prioritise a fix — and find an alternative way to help in the meantime.

Section 01
4Lesstech is committed to making our website usable for as many people as possible, including those who rely on assistive technologies. We believe a great shopping experience should be available to everyone, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-off project.
Accessibility is part of our definition of done: new features are built and reviewed with assistive-technology users in mind.
Section 02
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard referenced by accessibility legislation around the world. These guidelines are organised around four principles — that content be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
We measure our work against these criteria and treat any gap we find as a defect to be fixed.
Section 03

Section 05
The store is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari) and common screen readers on desktop and mobile. We recommend keeping your browser and assistive technology up to date for the best experience.
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible — for example, occasional third-party components or older media. We are actively working to identify and resolve these issues, and we will always offer an alternative way to get what you need in the meantime.
Section 06
Your feedback helps us improve. If you encounter a barrier, or need information in a different format, please use the contact form linked at the bottom of this page. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using, so we can reproduce and fix it quickly.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports promptly and to resolve confirmed issues as a priority. If you need help completing a purchase in the meantime, our support team will assist you directly.
Section 07
We review accessibility as part of our regular design and development work, and revisit this statement as the store evolves. When we make changes, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
Hit a barrier?
If any part of the store is hard to use with your assistive technology, let the 4Lesstech team know and we'll prioritise a fix.
