Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and 4Lesstech (“we”, “us”, or “our”). They govern your access to and use of our website and your purchase of any products from us.

By browsing the store, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

These Terms do not affect your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer, which always take precedence where they offer stronger protection.

To place an order you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract. You may shop as a guest or create an account.

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when you register or check out.
• Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or are used fraudulently.

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy the items in your basket. We send an order confirmation to acknowledge receipt, but this does not yet mean your order is accepted.

A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the items (or, for digital items, make them available). We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, if we identify a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud — and will refund any payment already taken.

Prices are shown in the store's configured currency and may change at any time, though changes do not affect orders we have already accepted. Some regions display prices in a local currency for convenience; the actual charge is processed in our base currency.

• All order totals, discounts, taxes, and shipping are calculated and verified on our server at checkout.
• Applicable taxes are shown before you confirm payment, or added where required by law.
• Payment is taken through a secure, PCI-DSS compliant processor; by paying you authorise the charge for your order.
• If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the affected order.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by the carrier, your location, and circumstances outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once we have received payment in full.

For international orders you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs charges levied by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are payable by you.

You may return eligible items within the returns window shown in our Help Centre, provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging. Some items — such as personalised goods, perishable products, or unsealed hygiene items — may be excluded except where faulty.

• Where you have a statutory right to cancel, you may do so within the legally required period.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.
• Faulty or misdescribed items are repaired, replaced, or refunded at no cost to you.

Promotions and discount codes are subject to their own terms and to availability. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be combined, have no cash value, apply only to qualifying items, and may be withdrawn or amended at any time. We may void a discount obtained through error, abuse, or unauthorised resale.

We work hard to describe and picture products accurately, but slight variations in colour, packaging, or specification can occur, and screens render colours differently. Product images are illustrative.

All products are subject to availability. We may change, limit, or discontinue any product at any time without liability.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is owned by or licensed to 4Lesstech and protected by intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the site for shopping. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, or exploit any part of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

When you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you keep ownership of it but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and reproduce it in connection with the store and our marketing.

• Only post content that is accurate, lawful, and your own to share.
• Do not post anything offensive, misleading, infringing, or that contains personal data of others.
• We may moderate, edit, or remove content that breaches these rules.

When using the store you agree not to:

• Break any applicable law or infringe anyone else's rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or data.
• Introduce malware, or interfere with the security or operation of the site.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to harvest data or place fraudulent orders.
• Resell or misuse our products, content, or services without authorisation.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. This does not exclude any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live. We would always rather resolve a problem informally first.

If something goes wrong, contact us before taking any other step — most issues are sorted quickly once we know about them.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, technology, or the law. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

We will update the “last updated” date above when we make changes, and will give notice of material changes where appropriate.
